§ 20.170. Contracts for Legal Services

POLICY

County Counsel is authorized to contract for legal services. The County Counsel, until otherwise ordered, pursuant to Sections 23005 and 31000 of the Government Code and within budgeted appropriation authority, is authorized to approve contracts for legal services.
