§ 20.080. Small Claims Agent for County

The County Chief Executive Officer is appointed an officer to represent the County of Los Angeles in Small Claims Court and to prosecute claims on behalf of the County. The County Chief Executive Officer is also authorized and empowered to accept service of process issued by Small Claims Court, on behalf of this County.
